VICE PRESIDENT - FINANCE, CFO OF THE PARENT COMPANY, MEMBERS OF THE SENIOR LEADERSHIP COMMITTEE AND THE AUDIT COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PARENT COMPANY. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS RECEIVED A COPY OF THE FORM 990 PRIOR TO THE MEETING.
