“To foster competitive swimming among children and to provide the instruction and training necessary to enable them to compete in swim meets. We work to achieve our purpose by encouraging our swimmers to work hard, be disciplined, work as a team, set goals, and swim with confidence. We also promote and support the academic success of our athletes. We are a year round competitive swim team.”

“Training & meets for long-course and short-course seasons. Swimmers attended 19 short course and 8 long course meets during the year. The number of swimmers from the club attending varied from a high of 96 to a low of 10 for short course meets, and a high of 47 to a low of 2 for long course. The lower participation meets tend to be states, zone and sectional meets which require qualifying times, and those are typically "finals" meets that are at the end each season.”

“Hosted winterfest swim meet in january with most of our swimmers participating ranging in age from 6 to 17 years of age. 685 total swimmers from 19 teams mostly from the metro detroit area participated as well. Winterfest is an abc meet with high point awards for the top either finishers (14 & under) and the top three finishers (15 & over). It is a popular meet as all swimmers can attend.”
