To formalize this process, the disclosure of conflicts is on the agenda of every annual board meeting, and as applicable, during other meetings of the board.”

The process is documented in the minutes and dialogue takes place outside of the presence of the officer. In the case of key employees hired by the President, external benchmarking data from reputable sources are evaluated.”

Accordinly, the following part and schedules have been amended: 1. Form 990, Part III: Line 4a program expenses and revenue have been adjusted. 2. Form 990, Part VIII: Revenue amounts have been adjusted to agree to audited financials statements. 3. Form 990, Part IX: Expense amounts have been adjusted to agree to audited financials statements. 4. Form 990, Part X: Column B end of year Balance Sheet Assets, Liabilities, & Net Assets have been adjusted to agree to audited financial statements. 5. Form 990, Part XI: Lines 1-10 have been adjusted accordingly. 6. Scheudle A, Part III: Column E for the 2021 year have been adjusted to reflect the changes on Form 990 Part VIII. 7. Schedule B, Part I: Contributor number 1 has been adjusted to include contributions made through Maine School Solutions, LLC. 8. Schedule D, Part VI: Lines 1b - 1e have been adjusted to include the fixed assets associated with Maine School Solutions, LLC. 9. Schedule D, Part XI and Part XII have been removed due to no longer being required. 10. Schedule R, Part I: Added Maine School Solutions, LLC as a disregarded entity.”
