Program Services

DescriptionGrantsExpenses
Established in 1987, Toddlers' Morning Out's childcare program focuses on social interaction and learning for children from 16 months through 3 years of age. Approximately fifty-six (56) children participate in activities that address physical, intellectual, emotional and social development. The program meets changing needs by providing a safe, appropriate, challenging and stimulating environment. Children develop independence as they explore; they develop large and small motor skills and self-help skills. As their language skills increase, they interact with others and grow socially. Specific activities include painting, singing, reading, playing, dressing up, using play dough, blowing bubbles, gathering time, arts and crafts, tactile play and building blocks. The organization also provides an annual pre-school/childcare information fair for the community. The fair helps parents match their child with the preschool or childcare setting that best meets their individual circumstances. Representatives from different schools and agencies are on hand to answer parents' questions. In addition, attending schools and agencies provide information on tuition, fees, applications, facilities, staffing, scheduling and educational philosophies.$112,807-
