New Hampshire Gathering of The

New hampshire gathering of the scottish clans, inc., is organized as a not-for-profit corporation and was created to foster and maintain interest in traditional scottish music, dancing, piping, athletic achievement and gaelic culture and to provide funding for scholarships for students to study in these fields. The organization also extends assistance to those who would foster and propagate the knowledge and interest in such pursuits. The organization accomplishes this mission through the hosting of events throughout the year with the major event being the annual new hampshire highland games and festival (the "games"), a three day event in the fall featuring various activities and competitions to further the organization's fostering of the gaelic culture.
