“Management has reviewed the tax positions for the museum under fasb asc 740, "accounting for income taxes", which established the minimum threshold for recognizing, and a system for measuring, the benefits of tax return position in financial statemetns. Management has analyzed the museum's tax positions taken on their information returns for all open tax years (tax years ending september 30, 2015 - 2018), and has concluded that no provision for income tax is required in the museum's financial statements.”
