All potential conflicts or pecuniary benefit transactions as defined by said statute shall be reported to the board and acted upon by it as required by law, and no person shall vote or be present for the action by the board in relation to any such matter involving that person. Additionally, annual surveys are conducted about any potential conflicts and disclosures, and, if any arise, they are reviewed.
