In fy2011, a compensation committee hired an independent company to compile a salary study for key management positions. The salary study was presented to the compensation committee for use as a guide in determining appropriate salary ranges which are increased annually for cost of living.

The organization recognizes the tax benefit of an uncertain tax position only if management determines that it is more likely than not that the tax position would be sustained upon examination by taxing authorities based on the technical merit of the position. Management has determined that as of march 31, 2015 and 2014, the organization did not have any uncertain tax positions. Management believes the organization's filings for the tax years ending before march 31, 2012 are no longer subject to examination by federal taxing authorities.
