“On June 25, 2020, the Board of the Foundation approved and adopted the following changes to their bylaws: The foundation is organized and at all times shall be operated exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and-to carry out the purposes of Ascension Sponsor and such other of its subsidiary organizations that qualify under Section 501(c}(3) and under section 509(a)(1) or Section 509(a)(2) of the Code, by and through Ascension and Ascension Healthcare.
