“| Explanation:| Mission:To provide economic, educational medical and spiritual support for the mountain dwelling Haitians that live in and around Damier Haiti. We do this by providing designated funds to an independent nonprofit organization in Haiti OPPARH Organizasyon des Peysans Pour le Progrs et lAvancement Reel de Hati which implements the programs locally in accordance with the organizations designations. LFH does not have signatory authority over OPPARH bank accounts or manage day-to-day operations; however it retains discretion over grant purposes and exercises oversight through written program directives periodic reporting and review of financial documentation to ensure funds are used exclusively for charitable purposes. Representatives of LFH always conducted on site visits each summer to ensure that funds were being used properly. The Covid 19 epidemic and subsequent political unrest has prohibited this.”

| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 4 | | Explanation:| Mission:To provide economic, educational medical and spiritual support for the mountain dwelling Haitians that live in and around Damier Haiti. The Covid 19 epidemic and subsequent political unrest has prohibited this. |
