“The organization is subject to the provisions of fasb asc topic 740, income taxes, relating to accounting and reporting for uncertainty in income taxes. Because of organizations general tax-exempt status, asc topic 740 has not had, and is not expected to have, a material impact on its financial statements. The organization may recognize the tax benefit from an uncertain tax position only if it is more-likely-than not that the tax position will be sustained on examination by taxing authorities, based on the technical merits of the position. The tax benefits recognized in the financial statements from such a position are measured based on the largest benefit that has a greater than 50 percent likelihood of being realized upon ultimate settlement. Based on managements evaluation of its tax positions at december 31, 2024 and 2023, the organization had no liabilities for uncertain tax positions.”
