Form 990 Part I Line 1

The Gilead Community Development Program services is to established and maintain a tenant/landlord relations, providing insight for housing at an affordable rate. Providing resource strategies to assist those who perhaps have limited knowledge as to how to become self-sufficient. In addition, continous building collaborations with local agencies engaging citizens within the community which often would not receive information nor eligibility due to various socio-econimic barriers. The GCDC in collaboration with other local partners encourage tenants to pursue good fiscal stewardship to obtain their goals desiring home ownership. Lastly maintain a special focus on keeping families together who would otherwise might find themselves homeless jeopardizing a decent quality of life.

Providing resource strategies to assist those who perhaps have limited knowledge as to how to become self-sufficient. In addition, continous building collaborations with local agencies engaging citizens within the community which often would not receive information nor eligibility due to various socio-econimic barriers. The GCDC in collaboration with other local partners encourage tenants to pursue good fiscal stewardship to obtain their goals desiring home ownership. Lastly maintain a special focus on keeping families together who would otherwise might find themselves homeless jeopardizing a decent quality of life.
