“CMC Healthcare System is the parent-organization of the Catholic Medical Center of Manchester, New Hampshire, as well as multiple other related organizations. All affiliated entities within the System share a common charitable mission to provide care, health, and patient services to their communities. During the year covered by this Form 990-EZ, Catholic Medical Center ended its relationship with GraniteOne Health, a collaborative healthcare and hospital services network. Due to its disaffiliation with GraniteOne Health, CMC Healthcare System became the sole member of CMC. Additionally, during this tax year, the Catholic Medical Center and its related organizations began discussions to affiliate with Healthcare Corporation of America ("HCA"). The finalization of the CMC System's affiliation and merger into HCA was concluded in January 2025, and after the close of this tax year's reporting period. Therefore, while discussions and planning for the affiliation began during this tax year, any actual changes in operations or activities related to the affiliation will be reported on the System's tax returns for periods starting on or after October 1, 2024.”
