Financial Statement Notes

Schedule D, Page 3, Part X

Income taxes the organization is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Accordingly, no provision for income tax has been recorded in the accompanying financial statements. The organization did not have any unrelated business income for the years ended december 31, 2024 and 2023. The organization's income tax filings are subject to audit by various taxing authorities. Any interest or penalties assessed to the organization are recorded in operating expenses. For the years ended december 31, 2024 and 2023 there were no interest or penalties recorded in the accompanying financial statements.
