ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt0Executive director was out due to personal bereavement issues (both inlaws fell ill suddenly, entered hospice, passed away, and needed estate disposed of all during the three months between filing extension and the due date -- estate was on other side of country, ED's spouse is executor, and ED has small children). In addition, ED required unexpected extra time to review finances and correct errors found late. Since ED is the only employee, some processes took longer.
