“The executive committee may meet between annual conferences at the discretion of the president. It shall at all times have charge of the management of the association forming a consultative and advisory body for the direction of its activities. The executive commitee shall have control of all funds, dues, income and monies of the organization and shall have the power to alocate by majority vote said funds, dues, income and monies to defray the costs of the annual conference and other worthwhile projects and undertakings for the benefit and support of the organization; provided, however, that no monies may be allocated to pay a salary to any members of the organization. All funds, dues, income and monies shall be deposited with the president of the organization. The executive committee shall serve as the audit commitee. An audit of the previous year's accounts shall be performed by the executive committee prior to the annual conerence. The president shall provide a financial report to all members at the annual conference. The executive committee may request an outside audit.”

“The form 990 is reviewed by the treasurer through physical inspection and verification of each line item and question. The form 990 is then forwarded electronically to the full board for approval.”
