The organization will emphasize commitment, cooperation, fun, leadership, sportsmanship, teamwork, along with an understanding and appreciation of the game.”

Facilitated the development of its players' physical, social and emotional characteristics. Fostered an attitude and atmosphere of fun for its players, coaches, and parents. Provided its players with a variety of soccer-playing opportunities to enhance skill development and the development of sound technical habits. Provided its coaches with ongoing educational and training opportunities to improve instruction and teaching. Sought feedback from its members and continued to work toward improvement.”
