Mission

To provide room board, training in living skills and social integration into the community for annual average of 30 mentally handicapped clients.

It is the mission of commonsense housing, inc. To provide, within community settings, supervised, safe, and comfortable environments in which to teach, support, and empower adults with developmental and similar disabilities to actualize their fullest potential.

A timely return was filed toward the end of the six-month extension period with the knowledge that the books were not completely up to date. Reviewed financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (gaap) were subsequently issued. Adjustments were made to (1) accrue vacation in the amount of 82,549, and (2) adjust beginning net assts by 5,519 because form 990 for 6/30/21 did not agree with previously-issued financial statements by this amount.
