Both of their salaries are reviewed annually by the Board of Directors, and outside compensation studies ensure that the levels of their compensation are securely in the range of appropriate compensation for their positions and duties. Neil Gass, the son of Robert Gass, serves on the Board of Directors and receives a Director's fee of $1500 but has no expense allowance.”

It has been a consistent practice by the CEO and other key officers to report to the board regarding such matters and to request approval for any significant pay increases or changes to compensation for officers and key employees.”

“On the original return a major contributor to this ministry, Bob and Debby Gass, were omitted due to the failure of an overide in the system designating their contributions of $49,960 to be reflected on Schedule B, Part I, as a contributor giving more that the threshhold requiring such reporting. This is not material but causes the return to be filed with greater accuracy in conformance with filing requirements.”
