HOUSE CORPORATION IS THE SOLE EMPLOYER OF LIVE IN ADVISORS AND OR COOKS WHEN SUCH PERSONNEL IS REQUIRED DUE TO LIVE-IN HOUSING. Depending on the availability of housing, house corporation will lease a house or a chapter room for the women to use to conduct official fraternity business. House corporation is the sole employer of live in advisors and or cooks when such personnel is required due to live-in housing. House corporation pays the lease to the university of maine for the use of a chapter room. House corporation owns all furnishings used by maine alpha in the leased chapter room or house. House corporation holds funds contributed by active members for the ongoing support of housing/meeting rooms. Funds are held in cds and made available when needed to purchase housing or furnishings.
